This page uses simple language so customers can understand what PremiumKing.in sells, how delivery works, and what is expected from both sides.
1. Short version
Refunds are reviewed case by case. A digital product is not automatically refundable after it has been delivered, revealed, activated, redeemed, or used.
2. Refunds may be approved when
- Payment was charged twice for the same order.
- The order was cancelled before digital delivery started.
- We cannot deliver the product after successful payment and cannot offer a suitable replacement.
- The delivered product is materially different from what was purchased and cannot be corrected.
- A verified product-side access issue occurs and replacement support is not available.
- Applicable law requires a refund.
3. Refunds are usually not approved when
- The product was already delivered, revealed, activated, redeemed, or used as described.
- The customer entered wrong contact details or did not respond to verification/support requests.
- The customer changed their mind after delivery or selected the wrong plan.
- The product does not work because the customer ignored disclosed device, region, account, or usage limits.
- The customer shared, resold, misused, transferred, or violated the official service terms.
- A third-party service has a temporary outage that is outside PremiumKing.in control and the product can still be restored or replaced.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@premiumking.in with your order number, registered email/mobile, issue details, and screenshots or proof. Do not share passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVV, or private account secrets.
5. Review and payment timing
We aim to review refund requests within 2 business days after receiving complete information. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment gateway settlement can take additional time and is not fully controlled by PremiumKing.in.
