Digital Delivery Policy

This page uses simple language so customers can understand what PremiumKing.in sells, how delivery works, and what is expected from both sides.

1. Digital-only delivery

PremiumKing.in sells digital products. No physical shipping is normally involved. Delivery may happen through email, account dashboard, WhatsApp, Telegram, support ticket, license key, invite link, reseller link, coupon code, or activation instructions.

2. Delivery timing

Many digital orders are delivered within 5-15 minutes after successful payment. Some orders need manual verification, stock checks, vendor-side activation, fraud review, or customer confirmation and can take longer. Manual verification can take up to 2 hours in normal conditions, and rare delays may take longer if payment, vendor, inventory, or compliance review is pending.

3. What customers must do

  • Enter the correct email address, mobile number, and WhatsApp/contact details.
  • Keep inbox, spam folder, account dashboard, and support messages accessible.
  • Respond to verification or setup requests when needed.
  • Do not place repeat payments for the same order without checking order status or contacting support.

4. Delayed delivery

If delivery has not arrived after the estimate shown at checkout, contact support with your order number. If we cannot deliver or replace the product after successful payment, the order may be eligible for refund under the Refund Policy.
