This policy explains what information PremiumKing.in collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Who we are
PremiumKing.in is an independent seller of digital subscriptions and digital products, based in India. You can contact us at support@premiumking.in.
2. What we collect
- Order information — your name, email address and mobile number, so we can deliver your product and support it afterwards.
- Payment information — we do not store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials. Payments are handled by our payment provider under their own privacy policy.
- Delivery records — the email address and WhatsApp number your access details were sent to, and when they were sent.
- Website data — cookies and analytics (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) that tell us how the site is used.
3. Why we collect it
To process your order, deliver your product, provide support and replacements, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations. We do not use your data for anything else.
4. Who we share it with
Our payment provider, our hosting provider, and our analytics providers. We do not sell your data to anyone.
5. How long we keep it
Order records for 3 years, for support and legal purposes. Analytics data for 14 months.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@premiumking.in and we will reply within 7 working days.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, to remember your preferences, and to measure how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart may stop working correctly.
8. Grievances
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, email support@premiumking.in with the subject line “Grievance”. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the last update.
