1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to any supplier, reseller, vendor, contractor, marketplace seller, or future third-party listing partner who provides digital products for sale or fulfillment through PremiumKing.in.
2. Required proof
- Vendors must provide proof that they are allowed to sell, resell, distribute, or fulfill the digital product.
- Vendors must provide accurate product details, plan duration, device limits, region limits, renewal terms, refund terms, replacement terms, taxes or fees, and support responsibilities.
- Vendors must not claim official partnership, endorsement, or authorization unless they can prove it in writing.
3. Prohibited vendor activity
PremiumKing.in does not allow vendors to supply stolen accounts, cracked software, carded accounts, trial-abuse inventory, hacked credentials, pirated content, illegal IPTV, malware, phishing tools, misleading listings, fake reviews, or products that infringe intellectual property rights.
4. Customer protection
Vendors must cooperate with delivery checks, refund reviews, replacement reviews, consumer complaints, payment disputes, fraud prevention, and legal requests. PremiumKing.in may hold payouts, remove listings, cancel orders, or terminate vendors for compliance concerns.
5. Marketplace note
If PremiumKing.in opens a public marketplace, seller identity, seller obligations, ranking/visibility rules where applicable, grievance handling, and customer-facing return/refund/replacement details should be displayed before launch.
