1. What replacement support means
Replacement support means we may repair access, resend delivery, provide a replacement code/link/account/invite, or offer another suitable solution when the product-side issue is verified and the customer followed the product rules.
2. Replacement may be available when
- Access stops during the stated plan period because of a verified product-side issue.
- The delivered code, link, invite, or activation path is invalid before first use.
- The wrong plan or duration was delivered and can be corrected.
- The product page or selected variation promised replacement support for that issue.
3. Replacement is not available when
- The customer violates service terms, shares access, resells access, changes recovery details, abuses trials, or triggers a provider ban.
- The issue is caused by wrong customer details, unsupported device, unsupported region, VPN/proxy misuse, or ignored setup instructions.
- The product duration has ended.
- The customer cannot provide order details or reasonable proof of the issue.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers must report issues promptly, provide order number and proof, follow safe setup instructions, and avoid sharing private credentials. PremiumKing.in may refuse replacement where misuse, fraud, or policy violation is suspected.
