This page uses simple language so customers can understand what PremiumKing.in sells, how delivery works, and what is expected from both sides.

1. About PremiumKing.in

PremiumKing.in sells digital products such as subscription access, license keys, redemption codes, invite links, reseller links, coupons, and activation instructions. We sell only lawful and authorized digital access.

Brand names, logos, apps, and service names belong to their respective owners. PremiumKing.in does not claim to be an official partner, reseller, agent, or endorsed seller of any brand unless that relationship is clearly stated on the product page and can be verified.

2. What you agree to when you order

  • You will enter correct email, mobile, WhatsApp, and account details needed for delivery.
  • You will read the product title, selected plan, duration, device limits, region limits, renewal terms, and replacement terms before payment.
  • You will use the product only for lawful personal or business use and follow the official service terms.
  • You will not resell, share, abuse, reverse engineer, crack, bypass, card, or misuse any digital product.
  • You will not ask support for passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card CVV, account takeover help, or unauthorized access instructions.

3. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices, discounts, availability, tax labels, and product details can change before an order is placed. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully confirmed and our checks are complete. We may cancel or hold an order for fraud prevention, stock, payment, vendor, policy, or legal reasons.

4. Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered by email, account dashboard, WhatsApp, Telegram, or support message depending on the product. Many orders are delivered within minutes after successful payment, but some orders need manual verification or vendor-side activation. We do not promise an exact delivery time for every order.

5. Refunds and replacements

Because digital products can be viewed, activated, copied, or used quickly, refunds are conditional. Replacement support is available only under the conditions listed on the product page and in our policies.

6. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for using each service legally and according to the provider rules. We are not responsible for loss caused by wrong contact details, ignored product limits, account sharing, resale where prohibited, device or region incompatibility already disclosed, or actions that violate a provider policy.

7. Prohibited products and conduct

PremiumKing.in does not allow cracked software, stolen accounts, carded accounts, trial-abuse accounts, hacked credentials, pirated content, illegal IPTV, malware, phishing tools, or products that infringe third-party rights. Suspected listings may be removed, cancelled, replaced, or reported.

8. Support and complaints

For order help, contact support@premiumking.in with your order number. For privacy or grievance matters, contact grievance@premiumking.in.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when products, laws, payment rules, or business processes change. The version shown at checkout or on the page at the time of order will guide the review of that order.
