This page uses simple language so customers can understand what PremiumKing.in is, what it sells, and what is expected from both sides. Please read it before ordering.
1. We are an independent seller
PremiumKing.in is an independent Indian retailer of digital products. We are not an official partner, authorised reseller, distributor, agent or endorsed seller of any brand or platform, and we do not claim to be. Brand and product names appear on this site only to identify what is being purchased. If any page on this site implies otherwise, that page is wrong — please report it using the details in section 5 and we will correct it.
2. What we do not sell
We do not permit cracked software, stolen accounts, hacked accounts, carded accounts, trial-abuse accounts, pirated content, illegal IPTV, malware, phishing tools, or unauthorised access methods. If you believe something in our catalogue falls into one of these categories, tell us and we will review it.
3. Know what you are buying before you pay
Digital products differ in an important way: some give you your own account that you fully control, and some give you access to an account you do not control. Where a product does not let you change the registered email or password, that is stated on the product page, and it means access depends on conditions outside your control. Please read the product page in full, and if anything is unclear, ask our support team before paying rather than after.
We would rather lose a sale than have you buy something that does not fit what you need. For any subscription, buying directly from the platform is always the option with the least risk, and we will say so where it applies.
4. Customer responsibility
Customers must use each service according to the provider’s terms, the limits stated on the product page, and applicable law. If the official provider changes its terms, access method, device limits, region rules or enforcement process, support will review what can reasonably be done under the product terms and the replacement policy.
5. Reporting a concern
If you believe a listing is misleading, infringing, unsafe, or claims an authorisation we do not hold, contact support@premiumking.in with details. We may remove, pause, refund or replace listings after review.
