To track your order, enter your Order ID in the tracking box on this page and press Send. Your Order ID is on your receipt and in your confirmation email.
How delivery works
Orders are delivered by email after payment verification. Most orders complete within 5–180 minutes. Some orders need extra checks and can take up to 8 hours — rarely up to 24 hours. If your payment shows as pending, don’t worry: your money is safe, and you’ll be notified by email as soon as your order status changes.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 hours, message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and we’ll sort it out quickly. One message is enough — we answer everyone in order.
